Frameworks Group — Ethics & Code of Conduct

Our commitment to integrity, transparency, and trust

Introduction & Purpose

At Frameworks Group, headquartered in Frisco, Texas, we believe that trust is the foundation of effective public relations, marketing, and business consulting. This Code of Conduct outlines the ethical principles and professional standards by which we conduct ourselves in all relationships — with clients, colleagues, partners, media, and the public.

Core Principles

Our work and interactions reflect the following guiding values:

  • Honesty & Transparency — We communicate truthfully, disclose material information, and avoid misleading tactics.

  • Integrity — We follow through on commitments, maintain consistency between words and actions, and avoid conflicts of interest.

  • Respect & Fairness — We treat all people with dignity, value diversity, and reject discrimination or harassment.

  • Accountability — We take responsibility for our decisions, admit mistakes, and take corrective action when needed.

  • Confidentiality — We safeguard sensitive client information and respect privacy, unless disclosure is legally required.

  • Professionalism — We uphold competence, courtesy, and ethical integrity in all our work.

  • Social Responsibility — We seek to contribute positively to our community and promote sustainable practices.

Expected Behavior & Prohibitions

When serving clients, engaging stakeholders, or conducting internal business, our standards include:

  • We will not knowingly spread false or defamatory information.

  • We will not engage in harassment, hate speech, or offensive conduct.

  • We will not misuse intellectual property, trade secrets, or proprietary content.

  • We will disclose and manage conflicts of interest responsibly.

  • We will respect confidentiality unless explicit consent or legal obligations require otherwise.

  • We will not misrepresent our capabilities, credentials, or affiliations.

  • We will comply with all laws, regulations, and industry standards where we operate.

  • We prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises an ethical concern in good faith.

Conflicts of Interest

A conflict of interest exists when personal, financial, or other interests compromise—or appear to compromise—our objectivity in representing clients or making business decisions. When conflicts arise, team members are expected to:

  1. Promptly disclose the conflict to leadership or the ethics officer.

  2. Recuse themselves from projects or decisions where impartiality is at risk.

  3. Seek guidance from leadership or outside counsel if needed.

Reporting Misconduct & Enforcement

Concerns about unethical behavior can be reported confidentially:

Email: ethics@frameworksgrp.com
Mailing Address: 8990 Main Street, Suite 400, Frisco, TX 75034

Reports may be made anonymously. All concerns will be reviewed objectively and promptly. Appropriate actions may include investigation, corrective measures, or referral to external authorities. No retaliation will be tolerated against individuals who report in good faith.

Review & Updates

This Code of Conduct is a living document. It will be reviewed annually and updated as necessary to reflect evolving standards, laws, and stakeholder expectations.

Conclusion

Ethics is not an afterthought — it is central to how we deliver trusted and effective public relations and consulting. Every member of Frameworks Group is responsible for upholding these standards, protecting our clients, and sustaining our reputation.
